Thursday April 7, 2011

The new version of Scheduling for Wpf has just been released - with new ways to make your calendars smarter, richer and easier to develop.

Gantt controls.

Now users can organize tasks and resources in the classical Gantt chart. Scheduling for WPF provides two new controls - ActivityChart and Resource chart, which are perfect for the job. They let you create beautiful Gantts - fast and easy. The charts are completely customizable - you can choose just about everything - from the width of data cells to the scroll style. The newly-added samples and tutorials guarantee you won't waste precious time finding out how to adjust the controls according to your taste and needs.

DataGrid and TreeGrid Components.

A vital part of the Gantt controls are the DataGrid and TreeGrid components, which you can use as separate tools. The DataGrid lets you display items in a customizable grid. The TreeGrid displays items in a hierarchy.

The ActivityChart and ResourceChart are included as a new assembly within the Scheduling control - MindFusion.DataViews.Wpf. You can download the assemblies together with samples and extensive documentation from the link below:
